Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the information you share on this website.
Who we are
This website, moelawpc.com, is run by Moe Abdallah Law, P.C., 527 W 7th St #924, Los Angeles, CA 90014, phone (323) 716-1992. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. It took effect on October 30, 2026.
Information you give us
When you fill out a case review form we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, your answers about the accident and any message you write. We use it to contact you about your possible case. Please do not send details you consider highly sensitive until we have spoken and agreed to represent you. Sending a form or calling us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect information about how the site is used: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, how far you scroll, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use cookies and similar technology to do this.
Session recordings
We use PostHog to record how visitors move through the site, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and text typed into our forms, even if a form is not submitted. Password fields are never recorded. We review these recordings to find and fix problems that keep people from reaching us. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load PostHog and your visit is not recorded.
Analytics and service providers
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, PostHog for product analytics and session recordings, and Cloudflare to host the site, protect it from abuse and deliver form submissions to our office by email. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also check submissions automatically to filter out spam.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to you and evaluate your possible case, to run, secure and improve the website, to measure which pages help people reach us, and to meet legal and professional obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn on Global Privacy Control to stop session recordings. Our site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals, other than honoring Global Privacy Control as described above.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, email moe@moelawpc.com or call (323) 716-1992. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be kept where the law or our professional duties require it.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and for our records as a law firm. Analytics data and session recordings are kept according to the settings of the tools above and are not used to identify you except when connected to a form you submitted.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: moe@moelawpc.com or (323) 716-1992.

Talk to Moe Abdallah directly

Real recoveries for real Angelenos
Real recoveries from an attorney who takes your case personally and fights for the maximum.
Rear-ended by a driver who fled, and other firms turned her down. Moe opened an uninsured-motorist claim, proved she could not have been at fault, and secured the full policy limit.
Broke his sternum and had no insurance of his own, and his prior attorney ignored him. Moe took his calls day and night and recovered a settlement that covered his hospital bills and future treatment.
Cut off on the freeway and left with back and neck pain over four months of treatment. Moe secured the full policy limit for his pain and suffering, and his totaled car was reimbursed.
Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different and depends on its own facts.
